It was an extremely convenient and modern hotel in a shopping area. Great position was an added bonus.

Some people working there were extremely rude.

We had a really really nice stay for consecutive nights which all linked up to form a six night stay.

Our room was well laid out with literally enough space to freely move, and we greatly enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

Booked guest room with a larger bed. Staff was amazingly nice and breakfast was satisfactory. The service provided there was great. The location was good, just next door to more restaurants n more happenings as well as a bridge fr nagano station and easily accessible. It also was in a quiet neighborhood.

had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was unbeatable, right across from the train station and close to bus stops for skiing & trekking. the room was quiet & comfy, and the spa bath on level 2 was a nice touch. also loved having a 24h 7-11 next door. exceeded my expectations!

Central heating, television and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Pleasant views of the mountain and a Japanese design. Marvellous and favourable location, between skiing in Hakuba. Really close to train station with 7eleven at hand and Nagano Stationand bus terminal.

This hotel is situated very near to the main station which is super convenient. You can easily walk to the hotel from the station within a few minutes. The location is perfect for exploring the area as it is close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from which was awesome!

The staff could have been more enthusiastic and welcoming.

We had a great experience at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Naganoeki Higashiguchi. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was just a short 10-minute walk from downtown. Our room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, a writing desk, and an electronic key card, which was a fantastic value for the price. We had no complaints and would happily stay here again when we return to Nagano.

Our rooms were functional and decent sized with 2 bedside tables and the main necessities provided, for example. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were very handy.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.
